Welker is critical of Belichick and his philosophies

“It was just kind of hard. It’s one of those deals where you have to endure him, put up with him, but he does it to everybody, it’s the way he is. When I’m answering questions from the Denver media, I’m not worried about what the Broncos’ people are going to think, I’m worried about what Belichick will think. Isn’t that crazy?”

Wes Welker told Sports Illustrated of this judgement. The new Broncos slot wide receiver played six years in New England, being selected to go to the Pro-Bowl in five of those seasons, before signing to play under John Fox and Peyton Manning in Denver.

It is no secret that Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is difficult, even stubborn at times, but it’s hard to argue against his winning ways.
